My story

Hola, lovely souls! I'm Isabel, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as your Holistic Coach. Let me take you on a journey back in time when a teacher mentioned that I had a bohemian spirit, and it resonated deeply with me. I've always been eager to learn about various things and pursue different passions.
My adventure led me from Spain to the UK, and I must admit, it's been quite the exciting ride. I am incredibly proud of my heritage as a half Cuban and half Colombian! Over the past 12 years, being here has taught me the value of independence. Embracing my bohemian nature, I've explored various paths, including dentistry as a dental nurse, working in a wedding shop, cleaning, caregiving, belly dancing, and even teaching reggaeton and burlesque. The list goes on, and I relish every opportunity to broaden my horizons.
I liken myself to a tree, constantly growing with vast branches. Every new experience, every skill I acquire, adds another layer of richness to my life.
Life can be challenging, and I went through a deeply traumatic experience in 2016 that shook me to the core. I lost my beloved dad to cancer when he was still in his early 50s. He was a remarkable man, radiating kindness, care, and joy. His passing plunged me into a period of profound depression and anxiety, leaving me desiring an escape from this pain.
But life has a way of leading us to profound revelations. The Universe brought network marketing into my life, and with it, a light bulb moment: personal development. This pivotal realization led me to become a coach and practitioner in various modalities like EFT, Law of Attraction, Reiki Master, Life Coach, Meditation Guide, and even a Facial Cupping Practitioner.
My thirst for knowledge is unquenchable, and I continue to expand my skills because learning is my passion!
Now, I feel a sense of purpose and responsibility to carry on my dad's legacy. Unbeknownst to him, he was a coach in his own way, always helping others selflessly. I am a mother of two beautiful boys, and I aspire to be their coach, guiding them to embrace kindness, compassion, and the joy of assisting others.
So, let's embark on this journey together. Let's grow like trees, reaching new heights and discovering the beautiful ways we can positively impact the world.
